Comic and actor, Dane Jeffrey Cook was born on 18 March 1972 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 1998 he first achieved recognition when he appeared on Comedy Central. In 2003 his first CD/DVD was released, Harmful if Swallowed. It was the first of five albums. His stand up is part storytelling, part physical comedy, and he holds the Laugh Factory's endurance record for performing on stage for 7 hours.
